Accessibility

Designing for an understandable and operable experience.

TermsForward targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA for its customer-facing website and treats accessibility as a release criterion, not a later polish pass.

Current website approach

  • Semantic landmarks, headings, links, and navigation
  • Keyboard-visible focus and a skip link
  • Responsive layouts and text that can reflow
  • System fonts, reduced-motion support, and light/dark color schemes
  • No essential interaction that depends on client-side JavaScript

Feedback

If a page or interaction creates a barrier, email office@termsforward.com with the URL, device or assistive technology, and the problem you encountered. Please do not include confidential agreement contents.

This statement covers the customer-facing website candidate. The private native-signing ceremony requires separate browser and assistive-technology acceptance before general availability.
