About
An agreement should keep moving the work forward.
TermsForward is being built for teams whose commercial commitments have outgrown email and spreadsheets, but whose operating model does not fit a heavyweight CLM implementation.
Our point of view
The signature is one decision inside a longer lifecycle.
Important agreement context begins before the final document and continues after it. Proposals change. Authority has limits. Approvals belong to a version. Obligations outlive the inbox thread. Renewals arrive when the original team may have moved on.
TermsForward brings those states into a governed agreement record. It deliberately does not become a general CRM, infer legal authority, or promise that software can replace human legal review.
Native where the evidence matters; interoperable where it helps.
The accepted core path includes a TermsForward-owned signing ceremony. External signature-management platforms remain optional adapters. Source systems can exchange stable references without copying entire contact stores into the agreement platform.
